Our Services
Gas Line Installation
I install both flexible CSST(corrugated stainless steel tubing) and black Iron Gas lines for all purposes. I use 'Gastite' for the flexible lines which is by far the best quality. I can advise you of the best set up for your situation.
Fireplace Repair/ Service & Clean
Repairs can be done on most fireplaces, depending on age and/or condition and safety. I carry out combustion analysis on all fireplace visits.
Furnace Repair
I am honest, If your furnace can be economically fixed + safe after safety checks, I will advise you, I Do Not Sell Or Install furnaces. I can recommend honest companies.
Safety Violation Corrections

Preventative Maintenance
Preventative maintenance can save you costs down the road and also give peace of mind. If needed, I can organize to bring filters or humidifier pads etc. I will advise you how often/if at all, it will be worth maintaining based on your circumstances.
Gas Line Removal or Cap
Renovations often call for gas lines to be removed completely or reconfigured. I will also cap a gas line off that is no longer needed.
Stove/Dryer Hook Ups
Hooking up Stoves and Dryers, should be straight forward if they are to code and therefore, should be just a service call for 1hr. I supply a new 4' Appliance connector that you will need. They cost $35 currently.
